Programs

BFSU Online Law School provides four programs in Chinese Business and Commercial Law.

Online Certificate

The Online Certificate in Chinese Business and Commercial Law is a variation of the Online LLM program and designed for students who would like to study Chinese Law but would not like to take the full Online LLM program. The difference between the Online Certificate and Diploma and the Online LLM is that the tuition fee is lower and students are not required to complete assignments and dissertation in order to be awarded the certificate.

Online Diploma

The Online Diploma in Chinese Business and Commercial Law is a variation of the Online LLM program and designed for students who would like to study Chinese Law but would not like to take the full Online LLM program. The difference between the Online Certificate and Diploma and the Online LLM is that the tuition fee is lower and students are not required to complete assignments and dissertation in order to be awarded the certificate.

Online LLM

The Online LLM in Chinese Business and Commercial Law is based on the Residential LLM, and designed for international law and non-law graduates who would like to study the LLM program in English but would like to be able to do it on a more flexible basis from anywhere in the world when it suits them. 

Residential LLM

The Residential LLM in Chinese Business and Commercial Law is an LLM program in English designed for international law and non-law graduates. The LLM affords the opportunity to forge professional ties, learn the Chinese language and experience China’s rich culture and history. The LLM is a two year program. The first year is for taking the classes, in the second year students can take internships and complete the dissertation.
